need help dating martha manning dress

the label on my dress looks newer than the martha manning label listed in the resource section and i'm a bit concerned that a second label was cut out of the dress.

I agree with Amber on both the dating and that it is a very pretty dress! In my favorite colorway.... It's not unusual to find size tags cut out, either because they irritated the wearer's skin, or, and I find this quite often on larger dresses, the owner did not want to divulge the size she wore (honest, I see this more on larger dresses than any others...).
