Need help dating men's tailcoat

I am not great with men's clothing, and I have a tailcoat I need help dating. I'm guessing it's from early to mid 20th century, but that's about as specific as I can get on my own. :/ Also, apologies that the dress form photo is a female dress form--I don't have a male model/dress form.

Thanks!

These are generally from the first half of the 20th century but if you can provide more information, we can narrow it down a bit.
  • What fabric are they lined with? Silk, acetate, rayon....? Satin or twill weave?
  • Do they have a hidden glove pocket in the tail?
  • Have you checked all the pockets to see if there's a tailor's label (hopefully with a date) or union tag?
From the available information I think they're likely to be '50s based on the label.

Thanks for the helpful info!

Nicole, to answer your questions:

*The jacket is lined with a slightly crisp twill weave, but it's not crisp enough to be pure acetate. Not sure if it's silk or rayon (or a blend of some kind). The jacket itself is lined in black fabric, and the sleeves are lined in white fabric. I'll see if I can't take and upload a picture.
*I couldn't find a hidden glove pocket in the tail.
*I checked the pockets, and there's a tailor's name in the inside breast pocket, but no date or union tag. I can upload a picture of the tailor's label as well.

Here's a picture of the tailor's tag and also a picture of where the interior jacket lining (black) meets the sleeve lining (white).
