Need help dating Molly Parnis dress

Hello all -
I found this great wool dress by Mollie Parnis, but am unsure of it's age. Can anyone help? I'll attach photos of the label and the dress.

I'm thinking late 70s because of the style - but would appreciate any insight from the experts

Hard to tell by the small photo, but by the label and general style I am thinking late 70s, maybe?

Can you find the union label in it? I have a Parnis dress I swore was mid to late 70s, and when I found the union label realized it was pre 1974.... Yours does look later 70s, though, but it would be helpful to check for that union tag. The puffed shoulders on yours were popular in the early to mid 70s.
