Need Help Dating Rayne Shoes!

I made an exciting purchase today and I need help dating them,
Any guesses?
Let me know if its not clear enough! :D

I have the exact same shoes in black and I know they are 1971 because the designer who did them remembered when she did them.

Pretty cool! And Jonathan you've also helped me because I have almost identical shoes in black leather and suede, with that same distinctive heel. I bought mine through ebay as "30s shoes". I thought they were '70s, and lovely quality so it's nice to have a closer date. I should get them out and check out the maker: I know it's not Rayne though. They came from the US many moons ago.
