Need help dating sheer/silver metallic knit dress. 30\'s? 70\'s? Help!

Hi everyone,
I would appreciate some help trying to date this dress! I think it is much older, but I've been advised that this is a 70's dress. To me it looks 30's, although the sleeves are pretty unusual. Am I correct calling them batt-wing sleeves? The dress is slightly big on my model, but not so big that the shape of the dress is misrepresented in the photos. I've looked for other example from Blum's Vogue, the dress shop this came from, and found that they spanned many decades. Help! Pictures below.
Thanks in advance,
-Opal

I vote for 70s with that zigzag bargello effect in the knit. Perhaps late 70s ??? Is there a draw string? Somehow I think it would have one and tie at the waist.

Look forward to see what others have to say.

Oh, and there is no draw string. Here is a picture of the elastic waistband inside the dress. Plenty of stretch left.

Some more pictures (sorry, wish they were better).

I would think 70s also. Looks like 1969 was the first use of this label.

Added: This is the only trademark reference I saw for Blums Vogue. I cant be sure this is the same label. So there is nothing definite in this.

What do the seams look like in the dress?

The depth of the armsceye is awfully deep for a 30s knit. And all the ones I ever had form the 30s did have a high, fitted armholes with very fitted sleeves and a natural waist seam

I think 70s as well.

Someone on another forum suggested that it might be early 30's (Blum's Vogue certainly existed back then), but suggested that the dress is too big for the model. The waistband needs to be higher, and sit at the natural waist. Also the model needs to be bigger in the shoulder span so that the arm holes don't hang down as much. So, hmn...
