Need help dating these Sears trousers!

I would love some help dating these Sears trousers! The only contain the one tag that says “Dry Clean Only Sears, Roebuck and co.”. They also have a Talon zipper and clasp. I can’t tell if they are slightly flared or just straight legged. I included pictures of them on, the zipper and clasp, the inside waistband, and the front and back of the pants. I love these and hope to find out more about them! Thanks

And based on the direction of the fly opening, originally men's. Sometimes you will see folks refer to these as grandpa pants, although grandpa pants are more likely to be a knit.
