Need help dating this beautiful striped flower dress

I'm about to make my first post on a seller facebook group and I want to make sure I will list this item the right era. So please can you help my pinpoint it?

This is a striped flower dress
Beautiful pattern
metal zipper at the side "RIES"
sizelabel
Bra straps

This dress looks rather short, maybe it's a childs dress?
Bust: 47 cm (18,5 inch)
Waist: 40 cm (15,7 inch)
Length: 90 cm (35,4 inch)

The lingerie straps and bust darts suggest it was worn by someone of at least teenage years - so perhaps it is just a petite size.
I would comfortably place this in the 1950's.
