Need help dating this dress, please

Sorry for the lame pictures. My camera isn't that great.

I'm guessing... 70s? Not sure. It has a silver metal zipper, painted beige, in the back-- Talon, no V. There's also the same zipper on the side of the dress. There is no tag, so I'm stumped since I usually guess by the style of the tag. Anyone?

I would say 1940's, the fabric looks like crepe and that mustard yellow/yellow ochre colour is very 40's too. I love sweetheart necklines. (technically it's probably a V-neck, but the trim gives the illusion of a sweetheart shape)

Pretty! I would think it's a cusper... The addition of the short back zip has it leaning a bit more towards the 50s, at least by what I know of zips, though the style looks more 40s. I have a few what I think are 40s/50s cuspers - dresses and suits, and I find they're really hard to date to this or that side of 1950 because they kind of have features of both decades. I just bought a suit that I hope to be posting soon that has me guessing constantly. hope to be posting it soon, but it's in the freezer at the moment.
