need help dating this fifties? dress with no labels

Hi,

Today I want to know more about this probably fifties? Dress that belongs to someone I know. Sorry for the lack of detail in the photos (phone camera).

It is a longsleeve dress with a very busy pattern.
Zips at the back with a long zipper.
Has a belt with matching fabric.
Rounded buttons at the front, also in matching fabric.
Fully lined.
No labels.

Very well made dress - I see late '50s to early '60s, probably at the earlier end of that field but if you can tell us how long the skirt is and whether the hem is original it will help.
