Jack Bryan Dress tag says Made in Mexico

Just to check: Made in Mexico, not Assembled in Mexico? I believe it is late 1970s to 80s. And, you might have the dress reversed. The way the cuffs appear, I'd think the button closure should be toward the back, not the front.
