Need Help Dating this men's Burberrys Blazer. Pics included

Not sure how old this is, but it came from John Wannamaker's store in Philadeplhia.

It's no later than late 1990s because of the S on Burberry, and the Burberrys label is most like the 80s ones in our label resource. I think that ACTWU Union label is interesting, and I wonder if anyone else is familiar with it - I'm not in the US so only have a slight knowledge of these unions. Looks like one that would be good for the Label Resource. Apparently ACTWU was formed in 1976 so you jacket can't be older than that.

But I'd wait for other opinions based on the style of the jacket, and that union label.
 
ACTWU - off hand I believe was used from 1976 to 1995. After 1995 you will see the UNITE label.

Perchance, are there flaps to the waist pockets that are tucked in?
