need help dating this skirt with no tags

I've bought this beautiful circle skirt en I would like to know how old it is.
It has no tags. It closes in the back with a zipper and a button. I can make more detailed photos if necessary.

The skirt was likely handmade, and the fabric does not appear to be barkcloth, though it does mimic that old barkcloth look.
That looks like fusible interfacing, in the last photo.

I'd guess 70s to 80s or thereabouts.

It's not barkcloth. I thought 80s, when you did see a lot of tropical prints.

That's the waistband, not the hem, in the last photo, and where you would expect to see interfacing.

I agree it looks 70's/80's, using a new button and an old zip.

Yes, a light cotton. From the waistband and button I think it's from about '75-77 and commercially made, a '40s inspired design. Great print!
