Need help dating two blouses

Hi all

It's my first post on the forum so please bear with me! I recently started selling some vintage and have trouble accurately placing these two blouses:

1st - Jacques Vert in retro print. I am pretty sure its from the 90s because the label contains more modern washing instructions but can anyone confirm?

2nd - it's a lovely blouse in powder blue. It has a high, frill collar, buttons at the collar, a tie neck, and a zip at the side. However no label. I think the material is raw silk or some sort of silk blend...

The blue one looks 80s to me. The other one - at first look too, but I agree, the label looks quite modern.
