Need help dating vintage Burberry coat

I need some help dating a vintage Burberry coat I found at an estate sale. I’m not super knowledgeable about vintage fashion, so I’m not sure if it is even genuine but it appears to be high quality. It feels like suede and the care instructions say “professionally clean by leather expert only”. Tag says it’s a size medium but it’s huge (not sure if it’s men’s or women’s coat). Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Label looks 1990s, early, I would say. Oversized jackets were still very popular.

Thank you, sadly does not help with dating as it's a simple dry clean only (and no care symbols). The shawl collar makes me think 80's other than 90's but I could be wrong
