Need help dating Vintage dress and finding information from Label

Hello,
I recently purchased this vintage dress from a consignment store in Toronto. I have searched VFG, TESS, and countless pages on info from the designer to no avail. I would like to know more about the date of the dress and the designer. There are two labels on the garment one that says "Creation Monique" and the other "Vacances a Cannes", so it is obviously of french origin, maybe Montreal? There are no care labels, and the zipper is located on the side (plastic or nylon). Pics of the dress are below. Any info would be of assistance.

Could you post a photo of the labels? Perhaps it was custom made.

looks late 60s, early 70s to me. no help with the designer, sorry.

Agree with late '60s - there is a Cannes in France, perhaps that's where it's from?

Vacances a Cannes translates to Holiday in Cannes...which is in the French Riviera. And upon a quick search, it seems there is not only a "1960's French Riviera Look" but this "look" was turning up on major designer's runways last spring. So, might be a good selling point, if indeed you are selling it! I don't know anything about the designer either, sorry...but that is a very cool dress!
