Need help dating vintage hat -- 1930s?

Double-checking my dating again. I think it's 1930s but am not sure. A navy blue shiny straw hat with velvet ribbon and cherries. It has an interior velvet ribbon band.

That is a sweet little hat. The style spans several decades, but judging by only looking at your photos I would place it somewhere between the late 1940s and mid 1950s. If I had it to handle, I might be able to make a better assessment.
