Need help dating vintage silk purse with tassels

Im trying to date a small vintage purse. Inside purse frame has zchecho-slavakia but cannot find any numbers or dates. It has cherubs on the frame. I am really interested in finding out the time period if at all possible. Thank you

I'm wondering if the pink material and tassel could be a later replacement for a damaged beaded bag which was original to this Czechoslovakian frame, which was so noted for their lovely glass beads! Somehow, the pink material just doesn't look right to me.

I agree with Bonnie. The frame looks early Edwardian.,but the fabric seems much newer.
I have seen frames like this with beautiful Silk or Velvet bodies and beautiful beaded and fringe tassels.

Czechoslovakia was founded in 1918, so I don't think the frame can be earlier than that?

And, I'm thinking along the lines of 1918 for this bag.....but, originally with beautiful glass bead work!

Perhaps this was simply the lining and the beadwork sleeve was removed?

MJ, you could be right. It's hard to say without actually holding the article in hand. If only these little treasures could talk and tell us of their pasts.....

How would I go about finding verification of value on the frame as im sure the pink silk no longer has any value

You can also search on eBay, ruby lane and etsy as well for an idea.
