Need help dating vintage wedding dress

Hi, everybody! I've bought another wedding dress. It is tea length, which should mean 1950's, right? It has buttons, no zipper. The pinkish sequins are on the skirt. What do you think? The union label says "AFL CIO."

I agree with Mary Jane's dating, it could be mid 1950's - to late 1950's. You can compare the union label with labels in the LR. (Can't see the details of the label in your photo.)

Thanks for the input. I love the dress and it's in great condition. I love the knife pleats at the bottom of the skirt. They don't really show in the photo.

Your Union label is the 1963 and earlier one (learning your Union labels is a great way to start being able to narrow down dating "at a glance!), and I agree with Mary Jane that it's late 50s. It's a very lovely dress!
