Need help determining if this dress is vintage or not

This is a two piece set I found. Initially I thought it was vintage but now I don't think it is because I looked up "Renown Look" to find that it is a Japanese brand. The metal zipper says YKK which is also Japanese. I can't find anything on the internet about Arkin New York other than a few vintage brands which I don't think are the same as this one. There are no care instructions whatsoever other than the label. hmm...

Perhaps a longer hanger can provide a better idea of shape? Or if you lay it out flat and then take another pic? I like the pastel pink color.

I think this is more 2000s. Hard to tell without actually seeing it and it on a mannequin but the style is similar of that era. So not vintage.

Renown is a Japanese company, they've been a manufacturer of apparel for a long time. Arkin doesn't seem to be around anymore but I tried looking by way of Arkin New York, Arkin Fashions NYC, etc.
