Need help identifying a unique fabric print

Hello vintage enthusiasts! I came across this really neat fabric remnant at a flea market that was roughly sewn into somewhat of a mini blanket. The print is so bright, unique and celebratory and I am curious if anyone knows the designer or artist associated with it.

I'm guessing it is 1960's mod by the bright colors and images of flowers, doves, etc which have that flower-child, Yellow Submarine, psychedelic vibe to them. If anyone has examples of similar prints or designers / artists who it might be attributed to, I'd love to know more about it!
