I recently came into part of a collection of dresses some i believe were made by a woman named Celia Sunday, she was 97 when she passed this year.

The dress in question is blue with a floral pattern seems to be a damask? Its kind of heavy. Not lined.

Cut on the bias???
Shoulder pads that were originally sewn in then a thicker pad in red were pinned.

I can't tell if this is late 40s or 50s

The neckline is very 40s in my opinion.

Ill include the 2 other dresses I got for fun.
Which i believe are 50s. Any comments would be amazing.

I have a question about the tulle gown. As i was cleaning it. I saw she also cut this gown on a bias even the tulle sewn and cut like that on the inner most layer.... i have never seen that in 50s prom dresses.

Is it possible its a late 40s or 1950 or 51
