Need help identifying Chanel please

I have tried to research this and come up empty
I am tasked with cleaning out my mom’s many closets. Researching pieces and I’m coming up empty
This Chanel piece is long with 2 pockets near the bottom, sleeves have cuff links. Any idea of year, or anything about this?
