Is this vintage??
I googled the name of the label and I couldn't find ANYTHING at all on it

I want to know if this dress I bought is vintage
I'm new to vintage shopping so i'm just learning
The dress does have a metal zipper and the sewing on this dress isn't like the sewing seen in our clothes now--- no overlock either
the company that made the fabric is on it behind the zipper , it's CHARTER FABRIC INC
the dress itself is in excellent condition! so that's why I really want to know if this is vintage
It's a really cute, very short mod style dress. Very lovely print
The Label is " LE ART " Those are the only things I could find on this dress
