Need help identifying period of wedding dress

So glad to find this! I was recently married in a vintage dress that I fell in love with, but the seller could give me no information and it has no tags whatsoever. Any help you could give me as to period, style, etc would be greatly appreciated.

Gorgeous! Love the shoes, too. I'm not sure about the dating honestly... It has a 50's silhouette, but I haven't seen many like that!

I would agree with mid 50's, as I have a Susan Small dress from that period with the same pleated flounce.
