Need help identifying this bolero jacket

Hello everyone!

I would appreciate your help in identifying this evening bolero jacket.
The fabric is stretchy, it's fully lined (with acetate I think).
It has big shoulder pads, that are sewn in under the lining. They are partially disintegrated. I will be changing them.
It is overall nicely done.
It has no labels whatsoever, the previous owner knows nothing about its history.
Maybe you know who made it. or maybe you have some ideas.

That looks 80s to me, and so fab! Let's see what others say.

Makes me think of Dynasty. I could see Joan Collins in it.
I think 80s too. I love Dynasty, I actually sold last month a Louis Feraud jacket that Alexis wore (not the very same, but same)
