Need help identifying this dress - Peter Max - Donna?

Scored this vintage dress, but the label was half torn off. All I can tell it was made by Donna and that's it.

That's the 2nd Peter Max compliment I've gotten on it. Just wish I could figure out the designer or any info period on it.

I saw Donna Gay as well, but the tag style does not match. Thank you for looking.

Sometimes designers would change the font or labels. My best finding it. Swell piece.

I am really surprised no one recognizes this label. Stuff like this drives me nuts.
We are not that far removed from the 1960s and not like there was no information available from time.
We really are spoiled now with computers.
I hope if nothing else designers (even small ones) do not get lost 50 years from now.

I am so thankful to the VFG to have saved all the information available here. If not no one would know who anyone is. IMHO.

Is it a lounge dress type of thing? I think I see a zipper, long length and nylon tricot? That might help narrow a search for this Donna ____ label. Super cool print!
