i can't read the label on this awesome western shirt i found today. the label is very worn, but it looks like it starts out with "gara..." or "yara.."and below it says "mfg by canada ...." i can't make out the rest. also looks like there's a little cowboy hat in the upper left corner with some markings below. it was made in canada.

shirt has a brown yoke, small brown horse head applique on collar, and a very small sea foam green, brown, and tan horse head print. any info on brand and age would be great! google was no help. i love the shirt so much i think i'm going to keep it for myself instead of selling it.

thanks!

your collar points look pretty lengthy, so you've got a 1970s shirt, i'd say. i can't make out the label, tho, and am not familiar w/canadian western shirt makers

sometimes if you play with a label shot, and use a light enhancer, or brightener in your photo software you might be able to make out letters more clearly...

caravan, that's it! the c does not look like a c on the label, but after doing a google search i found a similar thread..

my shirt also has rau klikit snaps as well, but i don't think that matters. i don't know if my shirt is from the 40's or 50's, but it looks a lot older than the 70's. i'll do a little more research now that i know what the name is.

thanks for the help, i guess i need another eye to look at it after i stared at it so long..
