need help identifying what year this jacket/bolero is from?

Hello! I am usually great at finding any information on a garment. I love this piece and want to know more about it. I acquired it from an estate sale. The tag reads "Junior Miss Original Registered" which i know is mostly associated with the 40's but i want to know a little more. Thanks everyone!
