Need help IDing Brown Woman's Jacket

Hi! I specifically made this account to see if anyone could help me identify the possible brand/date of this jacket. I've been researching for HOURS lol.

So here's the information

- The brand label was cut out
- It was created sometime between 1970-2003 because the textile label is Canadian and has colourful symbols.
- All buttons are snaps
- The CA identification number is only four digits? 0009. I'm unsure what the 841 to the right of it means.
- 100% cotton
- No other tags. Nothing that I can find. (The tag hanging off the jacket is from the thrift store I bought it at)
- Very nice quality, woman's jacket

I tried following the CA identification number by adding an extra 0. Led me to textile manufacturer Jack Spratt, but after searching through the brands that are manufactured using those textiles, I concluded that wasn't right because it's all blue denim.
Tried reverse image searching too, but nothing. Tried on the snap buttons as well, nothing.

I may drive myself crazy looking. If anyone has any clue, PLEASE let me know. I did a crazy deep dive into this.
If any of you have any ideas or better ways of IDing let me know. I'm gonna continue my search deep into the night.
