Need help w/ Designer Name

Hi all,

I have been trying to figure out the name on this belt and I cannot seem to get it right. I would love for you all to take a guess. Or if you recognize the name please let me know. This is maddening and driving me crazy!

Update: It could be Kathryn Simon. Now whether or not it's the same Kathryn Simon that the Met has two belts from remains to be seen. Anyone familiar w/ this 90s designer?
