Need help with a fur coat

Help! I know nothing about furs! I am trying to determine what type of fur and also what decade this jacket was made - lining pattern suggests maybe 70's. A friend in the fashion industry thinks it may be muskrat with fox trim. Also curious about general value - not for insurance purposes. Coat is in beautiful condition, but no labels. Any thoughts/help are appreciated!
