Need help with bracelet. 80s?

Need help dating this piece of jewelry. It is signed Brev Pat. At first I was thinking 80s but now thinking it could be older. Thanks!

It might possibly be a (sorry to say) cheaply made knock off of a Pierre Cardin style bracelet, which would place it in the 60s or 70s. But it is cute!
