I love Alfred Angelo wedding gowns--my first one was one. In an era of fluff and puff and pouf, you would generally be able to find an AA gown with tasteful bodice embellishments and skirts that were perhaps lightly sprinkled with them--not encrusted so you couldn't find the fabric underneath....
I think this is early 70s, and I don't think it would date as early as the late 60s. I think 71/72 on it, but it's possible it could be a hair earlier. And, what is the fabric, can you tell? That could help to date it. I would call the pleating at the neckline "crystal pleats."
