Need help with finding the designer of this belt?

Kate Moss Style 90´s, KM wore Chloe flares with this belt. Does anyone know what designer this is/ was?

Not sure that this is a designer belt but a 70s leather belt, very common in the day, from what I can see of the buckle and style of weaving.
