Need help with Japanese Designer who Made this 80s Dress - label information

I found an incredible dress I believe is from the 80s. It is a two piece very Avant-garde two piece dress with a very futuristic modified bat wing vest jacket. The logo inside the dress is a Fan and then a smaller clover leaf, along with some Japanese symbols. Can someone help me determine who made this unique outfit. It is very well made in I believe a wool or wool blend fabric.
