Hi,
I found this Movie Star set at an estate. I need to know what it's called. It appears to be a robe with shorts. It is beautiful, and I would like to list it using the proper terms. Is is a Lounger, or robe set?
I would appreciate any help.
thanks!

I might describe it as a peignoir

Peignoir: From the French ‘peign’ to comb. Originally a combing jacket worn over undergarments while dressing the hair. By the late 19th and 20th C, became a lightweight, often sheer robe worn over nightwear or undergarments in the bedroom. Always a loose garment with a tie at the neck and an open front. Worn in various fabrics from as early as the 16th C.

I am thinking 70s, but a shot of the label might help.

I have one from the 70s and have it listed as a lounging set. I couldn't think of anything better. Mine is super vivid lurex so I added dress because I could see some nut wearing it out of the house.

Hot pants - yes! That's what I was looking for - thanks Carrie!
