need help with material on 60's dress

Hi there, I'm having trouble identifying the material on this dress. It is thick and textured, would you say it is barkcloth? Thank you

Not barkcloth.
Looks to be cotton with raised designs.
Cannot think of the term right now...

It looks to me like damask; probably cotton damask that has been printed. You will probably find that the color does not got through to the reverse side.
