Need help with possible vintage necklace

I found this true gem at a yardsale about 5 years ago. I know the clasp says milor 925 made in Italy. It also has cascading jewels in the bubbled heart on both sides. The chain is about 4 feet long. Anyone know anything about this silver necklace? Thanks and hope the photos do it justice. One of my favorite pieces.

That is very long, can you confirm is that 4' length open or around/closed (i.e. 8' total) I want to say it's 1980s I'm not entirely sure why. Being marked 925 it may well have other markings.
 
4 feet open. And yes it is very long. I usually have to knot it when I do wear it and it still hangs down to the belly area. A very cool piece. I get alot of questions about it but know nothing of its history. I will keep googling tho. Thanks for any info you may have on it.
