Mid 1950's, the little hump under the wedge only appears in a few brief periods, and the trapezium shaped decoration is a feature of the 40's and 50's.
I can see why you thought 1970's, but the a 70's version would be more likely to have a resin sole, and less point in the toe (either a very round or squared toe).
