Need help with this label.... Les Trois Elephants, Paris

I would like to know if anyone might be able to help with this lovely dress I recently acquired. It sort of reminds me of a DVF style. The label reads: Richard ----les Trois Elephants, Marque Deposee, Paris

Made in France Size 44.

Found a reference to a restaurant by this name in Paris but that was all I gleaned.

It looks very 70s to me...and appears to have been inspired by the Gucci or Celine lines as they used the chain link pattern a lot at the time.
