Need information on Sally Milgrim formal wear

I have a late 1930s, POSSIBLY 1938, formal gown with jacket by Sally Milgrim. I have been unsuccessful finding detailed information about her designs at that time. Does anyone have resources on Milgrim at that time? Sally Milgrim designed the inaugural ball gown for Mrs. Roosevelt in 1933.
