Need some help dating a yellow polkadot dress from "Faktor"

Hi,

I came across this wonderfull dress in yellow with black polkadots. Couldn't find anything about the company "Faktor". Looking at the label, I think this is a dress made in Europe.
I want to know if its old or remake. And if possible the era.

I wondered if it might be 1990s, but doubt it's earlier than that. I think I associate button-through tie-back dresses with then, but I have trouble with the nineties because it seems like only yesterday.

Does it have a care label?

I agree with '90s - slashed backs like this were in fashion briefly in 1992.

I actually consider the 90s fairly contemporary, though
I feel that this dress may still be somewhat more recent.
It's a fun dress, regardless.

Although its not really old I still like the dress, because 'Joules' is right, it is a really fun dress!
