Needing Info on this Label

I have this wool skirt with a label that I am not sure what it says and when it was made. This is made in the USA, anyone have any ideas?

Parabin Ltd ... or maybe ... Darabin Ltd

Edit: definitely Darabin. There's a skirt on etsy, with a similar label.

Yes I read it. Its from 1983 which is a good help for the year. I looked at etsy and there was only a sweater/top. Thanks much

I think this skirt is from the '80s, probably early to mid.

According to the article, the company started in 1982, so that's the earliest it could be.
