Needle sizes and charts

This is a handy chart from John James needles.

Even thought they are one of my favorites, the first diagram isn't quite right. The stitches should be perpendicular to the fabric fold so, if the show, they'll look like machine stitches. Ideally, they'll be just a tad under the fold so you can't see them.
