I'd say the style is certainly desirable! But a shot of the label, as Mary Jane suggests, would also help. It is a very chic suit!

It also depends on the condition. It looks nice from my angle, but what about the interior? is there any disintegration in the lining (if there are cups especially), and has there been any alterations (someone removing cups, etc,). Does it look like it has been worn frequently or does it look like someone purchased it and forgot to wear it?

Value is in the eye of the beholder. It's a cute suit, but it really does depend on quality of construction, current condition, color, style etc. Nelbarden is a UK manufacturer I believe.
