I have a beautiful dress which has 2 labels in it, one is a 1950/60’s Liberty label followed by another label of Nettie Vogues. I am trying to track the designer as the pattern was Nettie Rosenstein (Nettie Vogues), retailer being Liberty but trying to find designer. Could it possibly be Thea Porter???

Sorry I'm not much help, just saying that your dress looks 1960s/70s to me.
I wasn't familiar with Nettie Vogues but found THIS and THIS.
Were you able to find reference to Thea Porter designing for Nettie Vogues? I was not.
I did find mention of Victor Edelstein doing so in the 1960s.
