I bought a pink tulle prom dress. It's princess style, and I need help dating it. The label reads "New Leaf California By Samir."
I suspect it's from the 1980's despite the look of the 1950's. I bought it for 6 dollars at St Vincent De Paul thrift shop in Kingman Arizona. It amazes me that people can give away such a dress, but lucky me. :nana:

I have been prepping an 80s ruched metallic cocktail dress that is a New Leaf/Samir. I have had at least one other 80s dress by that maker. So yes, I'm thinking 80s. But we'd enjoy seeing photos nonetheless!

50s inspired looks were big in the 80s. How about a photo? (label and an overall shot) Some people giveaway dresses because they don't fit, or it just represented a time in their life that they don't want to go back to...or they have too much stuff!
