New selling site fabricjam.com

Hello!

Just found a brand new selling site dedicated to women’s clothing and accessories (both new and vintage) and thought you may be interested in taking a look. They're based in London so possibly more interesting for UK sellers?

I found Fabric Jam through facebook and I’ve emailed Claire who runs the site. She’s extremely helpful and very enthusiastic about this new venture (I'd be worried if she wasn't :scratchchin:). They’ve only been up and running for a week so it’s newer than new and admittedly there’s not much listed there at the moment. However, it’s got to start somewhere and it’s absolutely free to list there. There’s a 3.5% selling fee and that’s it.

Claire has emailed me to say, and I quote “You can confidently recommend Fabricjam.com as we are committed to being an ethical company and aim to ensure that whoever sells on FJ will have a positive experience all round. FJ is less than a week old, but we have been marketing the site all week and will continue to do so. Just yesterday we had over 400 unique users and over 3500 hits.”

There seems to be more and more new selling sites coming up in competition with eBay. I know a lot of sellers are using Etsy now (along with myself) but it’s worth taking a look and it’s great to have more choice. Do let me have your feedback on the site.

Thanks for taking time to read this post. Sorry it’s so long!
