New to site - help dating/value levi big e jacket

Hi!

I'm new to this so please be patient!

Having a big clearout due to pregnancy and found a Levi big E blazer style denim jacket. I've had it 10 years and never worn it and have no reason to assume it is fake. It came from a vintage store in the US.

It is a fitted jacket that comes to about the hip (in the style of perhaps a ladies tailored suit jacket). There are 2 patch pockets on the front and 2 levi's buttons that are sewn on rather than riveted. The levi label is orange. The label in the back is made from a cardboard feeling material and says made in US. It is size 9/10.

I cant find any info anywhere so any advice would be much appreciated!!

Hi Rach - two things come to mind right away, and I know little about Levi. I believe orange labels are more recent as is the 9/10 sizing. I have read they did Big E copies. The best bet is to post a photo here. Meanwhile, I'll go research a bit for you. Amanda
