New York Fashion - My new resource bible!

Following recommendations by other VFG members, I purchased this amazing book last week. It's called New York Fashion - The Evolution of American Style by Caroline Rennolds- published by Milbank. The price for a hard-back copy (new) was about £77 but I've managed to get a 'used' copy in paperback from Amazon.co.uk for £19.99. I've linked a few photos together to give you an idea what's in store if you buy yourself a copy.

I highly recommend it for any budding vintage fashionista.

Gosh Louise - I'm an easy sell. I scurried over to US Amazon and got a VG hardback used version for $16.00 !!! We shall see. It looks like a good read. Thanks.

...I ordered that last week from the library but I see that I'm gonna have to put that on my birthday wish list next month!

I like the drawings of the fabrics and patterns, how cool!
